TripKendra — Terms of Service
Welcome to TripKendra. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TripKendra website, mobile application, and all travel-related services provided through our platform. By accessing, browsing, registering, or making a booking on TripKendra, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should discontinue using our Platform immediately.
TripKendra provides an online platform that enables users to search, compare, and book flights, hotels, holiday packages, buses, trains, travel insurance, visa assistance, and other travel-related services offered by our trusted partners. Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and booking, including passenger details, contact information, and payment details, is accurate, complete, and up to date. Any incorrect or misleading information may result in booking cancellation, additional charges, or denial of services, for which TripKendra shall not be held responsible.
All bookings made through TripKendra are subject to the availability, terms, conditions, fare rules, cancellation policies, and pricing determined by the respective airlines, hotels, transport operators, insurance providers, visa partners, or other travel service providers. Prices displayed on the Platform may change without prior notice due to availability, taxes, currency fluctuations, or changes imposed by the service providers. A booking shall be considered confirmed only after successful payment and receipt of an official booking confirmation from TripKendra or the concerned travel partner.
Payments made through TripKendra are processed via secure and RBI-compliant payment gateways. While we ensure secure payment processing, TripKendra does not store users' complete debit card, credit card, UPI PIN, CVV, or internet banking credentials. In case of failed transactions, payment delays, chargebacks, or suspected fraudulent activities, TripKendra reserves the right to suspend, investigate, or cancel bookings until the matter is resolved.
Cancellation, modification, and refund requests are governed by the policies of the respective airline, hotel, transport operator, or travel service provider. Refund eligibility, processing time, cancellation charges, convenience fees, and service charges may vary depending on the type of booking. Any refund approved by the respective supplier will be processed through the original payment method within the applicable processing period. TripKendra acts solely as a facilitator and cannot guarantee refunds beyond the terms specified by the service provider.
Users agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and shall not engage in fraudulent bookings, unauthorized access, misuse of payment methods, data scraping, reverse engineering, hacking, or any activity that may disrupt the normal operation of the Platform. TripKendra reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account found to be involved in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities without prior notice.
TripKendra makes every reasonable effort to provide accurate travel information; however, schedules, fares, availability, travel restrictions, visa requirements, baggage policies, and other travel-related information are provided by third-party suppliers and may change without prior notice. TripKendra shall not be liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, denied boarding, overbooking, force majeure events, natural disasters, government restrictions, pandemics, strikes, or any other circumstances beyond its reasonable control.
All content available on the TripKendra Platform, including logos, trademarks, software, website design, graphics, text, images, and other intellectual property, is owned by or licensed to TripKendra and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or commercially exploit any content without prior written permission from TripKendra.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TripKendra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages, including loss of profits, business interruption, travel inconvenience, or financial losses arising from the use of the Platform or services provided by third-party travel partners. Our liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid by the user for the specific booking giving rise to the claim.
These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or relating to the use of the TripKendra Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India. TripKendra reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the Platform after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
